Description

  • Manage the day-to-day office routines, ensure smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, maintenance, visits, meetings, welfare events etc.
  • Assisting employees with any office-related requests or issues
  • Monitoring and tracking purchase orders and invoices.
  • Working closely with warehouse and production.
  • Material Procurement as per the requirement.
  • Preparation of Purchase Order on our ERP system.
  • GRN for incoming material on our ERP.
  • Import/Export shipment clearance.
  • Domestic logistic arrangement as per requirement.
  • Vendor payment tracking.
  • Work closely with various departments around the organization.

Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in purchasing administration and logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree - advantage
  • Proficient MS Excel skills; familiarity with Priority system.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
