The Senior Financial Analyst will provide day-to-day financial leadership to the Innovative Medicine Oncology team focusing on CARRVYKTI strategic priorities to drive growth as well as providing strategic support to our collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to finance partner for CARVYKTI cross-functional partners and the Oncology Sales organization
- Provide US Commercial leadership across CARVYKTI collaboration
- Develop and shape CARVYKTI sales and strategic investment forecasts, track sales and investment impacts due to competitive dynamics and market events. Influence cross-functional partners internal & external regarding investment decisions to drive value and deliver results
- Correlate sales performance to brand strategy and market factors (demand trends, competitive intelligence, policy, data releases, etc.)
- Own forecasting/Integrated Business Planning cycles and quarterly close activities (including the CARVYKTI Investor Relations package) for CARVYKTI and the Oncology Sales organization, ensuring financial and business compliance requirements are met
- Own ad-hoc analyses and develop executive framing, with opportunities to present directly to Oncology president, collaboration leadership and other senior leadership
- Identify process improvements and provide recommendations on key focus areas
Qualifications:
Required
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required.
Preferred
- A CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.
Experience and skills:
Required
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills while working in a multifaceted, cross-functional team environment.
- This position requires a highly-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
- Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.
- The ability to build and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all areas of the organization including executive leadership.
Preferred
- Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are preferred.

- The position is located in Horsham, PA
- May require up to 10% local travel to our Titusville, NJ location.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000- $124,200Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
