Job Description:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the team of industrial automation and computer system validation engineers
  • Manage key projects, focusing on project management, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, internal customers, and stakeholders using your strong communication skills.
  • Collaborate with global departments, translating projects and requirements into actionable local initiatives.
  • Enhance and maintain the knowledge of the team in relation to industrial IT, automation, networks, systems, and data integrity.
  • Guide a team of experts in efficient problem resolution in relation to industrial IT issues
  • Ensure GxP compliance by initiating corrective actions and thoroughly documenting changes, serving as a vital link to QA.
  • Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into operations.
  • Act as an audit spokesperson for industrial IT related topics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good people leader skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A Master degree in industrial automation or a related engineering field.
  • Proven experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a large matrix organization is beneficial.
  • A collaborative spirit and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch at C1 level is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability and the capability to communicate complex technical situations clearly
