Opportunity Overview

• Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and all policies, regulations and company rules
• Support Engineering and Technician as leaders to make them successful in leading the project i.e., use your knowledge/skills as engineer to help develop the technicians.
• Encourage and Support Team in identifying and making Improvements throughout the project.
• Co-ordinates and negotiates with Engineering and PSG team including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
• Coordinate with Customer Test Equipment Team to ensure effective planning, organization, and delivery of system service breakdown
• Execute tasks/assignments that are well defined by Manager.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
• Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation from others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
• Verify the implementation of solutions, Review outcomes supervised impact only the team under responsibility direct supervision should be protection erroneous decisions will have moderate impact on the near-term success of the function or division. (e.g., delays in schedule)
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service
• Work safely by following standard procedures
• Operate process equipment, process control, and other equipment related to the production tester according to the work instructions
• Acquire full understanding and knowledge for tester operations, train other operating technicians as requested
• Record observations on quality report and all abnormal conditions to shift engineer or supervisor at once.

• Preferred local nationality.
• BS or higher in Mechatronics, Electronics and Electrical or other Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in HDD test systems or related experience 5+ years.
• Computer literacy and Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word.
• Good communication, listening and writing in English skills will be advantageous.
• Exhibits advanced technical knowledge in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering, enabling effective leadership in automation and equipment-related operations.
• Assign or change job responsibility to FSE and Technicians.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process, equipment, and quality system.
