Opportunity Overview:
- Collaborates with the Repair Operations, Field Service Team, Sustaining Engineering (Mechanical and Hardware Team), Test Development Engineering (North Reading) with product improvement.
- Drives failure analysis and root cause identification to decrease field defective returns.
- Builds data structures to determine product reliability and generate reports based on both Repair Operations and Field Issues.
- Supports test equipment set-up, validation, and verification of software applications, equipment maintenance and upgrades, and the upkeep of tools and jigs.
- Pilot the set-up of end-to-end repair capabilities and conducts technical training for Repair Operations.
- Designs and reviews processes with that drives quality, reliability, and process improvements.
- Creates documentation for both repair processes and work instructions that is used in Repair Operations.

- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent courses
- Must have high analytical skills.
- Must have a high sense of urgency.
- Must be capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
- Must have solid electronics troubleshooting skills.
- Must have solid automation troubleshooting skills.
- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Degree or working knowledge in Statistics
- Knowledgeable in Automation and ICT Systems
- Knowledgeable in SolidWorks
- Knowledgeable in Power BI and Visual Studio
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, tools, and emerging technologies.
