What role will you play?

As a Senior Associate in our Asset Management Team, you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver programs, events, and initiatives that are focused around the public spaces of our new headquarters in Sydney, part of the Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station development delivered by our team in 2024.
You will play a key role in activating vibrant and inclusive spaces at 1 Elizabeth and beyond. You will coordinate a variety of community events, programs, and projects designed to connect people and create vibrant, purposeful and inclusive environments.
Your responsibilities will also include managing records, measuring success and supporting operational efficiency as well as a varied range of administrative tasks.
You will collaborate with diverse teams and individuals, both within and outside the organisation, to make sure our spaces are welcoming, well-maintained, and truly reflect our vision ‘to create a place for everyone in the heart of Martin Place’.

What you offer

  • At least two years experience working in a corporate environment with demonstrated experience and passion for coordinating community events, programs, or projects
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in marketing, real estate, or placemaking, with a strong desire to further develop your skills and contribute to these areas
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and people skills to engage with multiple stakeholders at every level
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence using digital tools and social media for event promotion and stakeholder engagement.
