What role will you play?

You'll be part of a supportive environment that encourages learning, development, and professional growth. You will help to drive engagement activities that make a meaningful impact on our Australian wealth business and client outcomes.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, managing both business-as-usual activities and contributing to the strategic direction of our digital marketing for our Australian wealth business. You'll be involved in the building of, testing and reporting our email channel for the Australian Wealth business, as well as supporting global and local digital initiatives where appropriate.

What you offer

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience of marketing automation platforms and CRMs. Experience with Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Eloqua is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field coupled with practical experience in building, executing, and scaling email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset with curiosity about how systems and strategies work, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a passion for improving client outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards in day-to-day operations.
  • A proactive self-starter who can take initiative in a collaborative matrix environment, with the confidence to work independently and the judgment to seek guidance when needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organise and present key information effectively.
