Comprising a collaborative group of experienced professionals specialising in transition management and portfolio implementation, our Portfolio Solutions team is responsible for end-to-end implementation assignments from client engagement, trade execution and settlement, and portfolio lifecycle management across a broad range of products and global markets.

What role will you play?

As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to our ongoing success.Responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal team to deliver an excellent service. Central to this is a requirement to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also contribute to the continued improvement of the platform and client offering, represent Macquarie at client and industry events and conferences, and collaborate with Marketing to contribute sales and marketing materials.
Please note: The role covers the EMEA region and significant travel will be expected as part of role. We have yet to determine if the role will be based in the UK or the Netherlands.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial markets with a thorough understanding of the trade life cycle
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the Finance sector
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
