What role will you play?

Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams across Technology you will contribute to identifying opportunities for AI and emerging technology adoption, development of actionable strategies that support long-term business objectives and assist with developing frameworks and insights that guide technology investment. Translating complex business challenges into clear recommendations with measurable outcomes, your contributions will help to ensure Macquarie remains agile and competitive in a rapidly changing environment.

What you offer

  • Proven experience in articulating and delivering AI and emerging technology adoption as an actionable strategic vision that aligns with organisational objectives and market dynamics
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to help identify and prioritise high-impact initiatives that deliver sustainable value for a technology organisation
  • Strong risk management and governance mindset, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven experience working with Product Owners and Engineers across the product lifecycle to deliver transformative technology products with competitive business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to provide sound recommendations in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Quick to understand and communicate technical concepts and be familiar with IT / Software terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge conventional thinking and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
