Join our dynamic Group Data Office team, working with the divisions across our Corporate Operations Group to establish and maintain best practices on information management, using our specialist knowledge in data lifecycle management. Our collaborative work with our stakeholders will enable them to demonstrate effective management of these risks and support the identification of enhancements and efficiencies in their handling of data.

What role will you play?

You will play a strong hands-on role supporting our division with the adoption, implementation and oversight of effective and consistent information management practices and processes, covering data management, data architecture and records management.
You will learn, develop and help others understand how to practically apply the tools and processes required to demonstrate effective data management throughout its lifecycle, following the minimum requirements set by our frameworks.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across our division, working to understand their requirements, and deepen your knowledge of business and operational processes across the enterprise.

What you offer

  • 4+ years experience in Data Management / Data Governancet, ideally with experience in an Operations, Services or Technology environment.
  • Data-driven, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Self-sufficient and takes accountability for end-to-end delivery, managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams, and know when to seek support.
  • Experience in managing and delivering large scale change initiatives.
  • Experience in information management, ideally data management, records management or data architecture management within financial services is a benefit.
