What role will you play?

As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in simplifying and communicating complex information, creating engaging materials, and supporting the adoption of new practices and tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, helping to embed new technologies and uplift capability, while contributing to positive change outcomes.

What you offer

  • 3–5 years’ experience working within a change environment
  • Experience in content creation and supporting communication strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply
  • A strong interest in change management principles and the ability to support change initiatives
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach and willingness to support the upskilling of others
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a focus on contributing to positive change outcomes
  • Prior change or project management experience is desirable
  • A basic understanding of artificial intelligence is preferred.
