Join our Operations division within the Equities Middle Office team as a Cash Equities Middle Office Analyst based in New York. In this role, you will support the cash equities trading businesses across the US, Latin America, Asia, Canada, and Europe.

What role will you play?

As part of the Middle Office team, you will help ensure the smooth execution of trade management processes, including trade allocations, resolving unmatched or failing trades, position reconciliations, broker confirmations, and providing high quality service to institutional clients. You will investigate trade and confirmation breaks, act as a liaison between trading desks and support partners and contribute to ongoing process and control enhancements.
Salary range for this position: $70,000 - $85,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in operations, trade support, or a related function
  • Strong judgment in routine decision-making, with the ability to escalate complex issues using clear analysis and recommendations
  • Experience working with AI technologies, tools, or applications
  • Forward thinking risk mindset and solid understanding of operational controls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of trade flows and settlement processes
  • Ability to review, enhance, and streamline operational processes
  • Flexibility to provide coverage and support across the team as needed
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
