Our Regulatory Reporting team plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial and statistical reporting. We work closely with stakeholders across the business to meet regulatory requirements and support informed decision‑making.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and enhancement of balance sheet and statistical reports, ensuring they meet external regulatory standards. You will support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, uplift reporting systems, and enhance data quality. You will collaborate with a range of teams to resolve reporting and accounting issues, helping to strengthen the reliability of our reporting framework.

What you offer

  • Experience preparing financial or statistical reports, with the ability to apply accounting frameworks in a regulatory reporting context
  • An interest in improving reporting processes, with exposure to automation, system enhancements, or data-quality uplift activities
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess reporting treatments, and investigate issues to drive improvements
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with data teams, business units, technology teams, and risk management partners
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
