What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner with technology teams and senior stakeholders to manage technology risks across the fast paced, market facing businesses, with a focus on trading platforms, market data systems, and other critical technologies. You will lead assurance and control testing activities, identify and address operational issues, and drive robust risk incident investigations to embed a strong risk culture. Leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL, you will innovate through automation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to strategic projects within a growing global team.

• Strong experience in technology or cyber risk management, assurance, or audit, ideally within financial, equities markets or professional services.
• Knowledge of risks related to trading platforms, market data systems, and other specialised technologies.
• Proficiency in automation and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL.
• Strong problem solving and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex and abstract challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, with adaptability to fast paced and agile environments.
