What role will you play?

In this role, you will work within an agile framework to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions supporting real estate operations and digital workplace platforms. You will design, implement, and enhance scalable, cost‑efficient software architectures, collaborating closely with engineers and key business stakeholders. As part of the team, you will contribute to the end‑to‑end delivery of features with a strong emphasis on quality, automation, and continuous improvement. You will participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous integration processes, while also supporting the ongoing enhancement and evolution of our corporate real estate digital solutions.

What you offer

  • 1+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proficiency in front end technologies (React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3)
  • Experience in back end development (Java, Python, Spring Boot)
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment
  • Exposure to AI, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture and/or AWS or other cloud platforms is highly regarded.
