Join our Aggregate Risk & Prudential team as an Executive Assistant. The Aggregate Risk & Prudential team supports financial resilience, stability and risk culture through the oversight of aggregate risks and prudential obligations.

Supporting 3 Senior Directors in our leadership team, you will play a key role in keeping the team operating smoothly in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.

What role will you play?

You will manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinate travel, process expenses, and support the team with document preparation, communications, and the onboarding and offboarding of staff.

You will also contribute to a range of ad hoc projects and team initiatives. You will work closely with the other Executive Assistant in the team, you will help plan team events and oversee the smooth day-to-day management of the office, whilst proactively anticipating the needs of the Executives you support.

In addition, you will manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary contact for coordinating APRA visits, overseeing the logistics and diary management of these meetings.


What you offer

  • 3-5 years’ experience providing high-level support to senior executives
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, prioritise competing deadlines, and resolve issues proactively
  • Excellent communication skills, strong planning capability and proven record of building and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexible, positive, and solutions-focused, working effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high attention to detail
