Our Trading Solutions Business Management team plays a crucial role in partnering with Risk and Control teams to execute electronic trading requirements, facilitate business growth initiatives, and develop governance frameworks. This role will act as a regional point of contact for key regulatory remediation and coordinate across multiple business and support functions, including Trading Solutions, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Senior Management.

In this role you will partner with risk and control teams to deliver electronic trading requirements and support key growth initiatives. You will coordinate regulatory reviews, assurance activities and remediation plans, while providing clear updates to senior leaders. You will also work on projects that improve monitoring, controls and automation across electronic trading.

What you offer

  • 3+ years' of experience in electronic trading, trading operations, risk management, compliance, trade/market surveillance or internal audit functions
  • Strong business writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Prior experience in risk assessment and control design in the context of electronic trading or financial markets
  • Regulatory knowledge, including a deep understanding of ASIC Market Integrity Rules
  • Presentation skills for supervisory meeting decks
  • Ability to lead or collaborate within a cross-functional team and work with numerous stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Futures products and algorithmic trading systems
  • Data/MI compilation and analysis experience
  • SQL or programming skills are advantageous.
