Our Transformation Assurance team provides independent, risk‑based oversight of delivery risks across change initiatives. We support project teams by offering proportionate assurance, advisory guidance, and insights that strengthen delivery standards, uplift risk management practices, and enhance visibility of emerging risks across the transformation landscape.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Associate within our Transformation Assurance team, you will play a key role in supporting the application of our project assurance methodology. You will analyse delivery and risk information, prepare assurance materials, and contribute to independent assessments of project health and effectiveness. Partnering closely with portfolio and delivery teams, you will help develop practical solutions that support informed decision‑making and promote strong risk management across initiatives.

What you offer

  • Experience working within project delivery or supporting assurance activities, with the ability to contribute to analytical reviews and the preparation of structured reports
  • An understanding of risk management principles, including the ability to identify early indicators of risk and support appropriate escalation
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, and maintain high‑quality documentation
  • Capability to analyse data, identify meaningful insights, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders to support shared outcomes.
