Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team manages key activities that support the stability and performance of our business, including funding, liquidity, interest rate risk management, capital, provisioning, and regulatory reporting. We partner closely with teams across product, credit, finance, technology, data, and central risk and financial management groups to deliver solutions that enable strong business outcomes within clear risk boundaries.

In this role, you will work with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate them into clear, practical requirements that guide change. You will analyse current processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and support the design of future‑state solutions that enable better ways of working. Your work will ensure our teams are prepared for change, supporting transformational initiatives and helping deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.

What you offer

  • 3-5 years experience as a business analyst within banking or financial services, with the ability to work across both business and technical stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map processes, understand data flows, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and contribute to shared goals as part of a team
  • An understanding of agile ways of working, including a focus on continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making
  • Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, with experience supporting regulatory change viewed favourably.
