What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide business-facing support for equities trading and downstream platforms, focusing on CARE, Portfolio Trading (PT), Direct Market Access (DMA), Direct Strategy Access (DSA), and algorithmic executions across in-house and vendor platforms. You will engage with the front office and other business stakeholders, collaborating with developers and global operation teams on strategic projects like capacity and performance management, and infrastructure upgrades. Additionally, you will manage BCP/DR events and address audit and regulatory requests

What you offer

• 13+ years of experience in post-trade settlement systems, financial services technology, and working with India & Asian Exchanges;
• Proven ability to lead and build small support teams, manage change, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with vendors;
• Proficient in ITIL & Agile tools/processes (e.g., Remedy, JIRA, Confluence) for incident/change/problem management and project delivery;
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase) and experience with UNIX-based applications, scripting, and automation; and
• Experience with health/alerting tools, and familiarity with Instinet-Newport and FIS products is highly regarded.
