Join our Equity Sales team in Sydney servicing our domestic institutional equity clients investing in Asia, the United States and Europe. You will work within a supportive and high performing team in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.

What role will you play?

You will work with our team in Sydney, Australia to market International Equities to Australian domiciled institutional funds. You will work closely with our equity research analysts, regional sales team and sales traders globally. You will bring independent insights, write sales notes and work on analytical products which augment buyside decision making. Your focus will also be on leveraging our global platform and reach by developing and nurturing client relationships, promoting research, working on differentiated sales products and monetising those services.

What you offer

  • Excellent academic qualifications, ideally in finance, economics or a business discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in the equities market with primary experience in institutional sales together with existing institutional client relationships and a proven track record of performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A commercial mindset that you can use to analyse industry trends and key stock ideas with the ability to take initiative
  • Value and thrive in a collaborative team culture with a strong sense of ownership, being persistent and highly motivated.
