You will lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-impact solutions. Using insights from user research and testing, you’ll develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs (Figma), while contributing to and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and accessibility. You’ll also facilitate workshops and design sprints, champion design thinking, and play a key role in advancing design maturity across Risk Management Group’s transformation initiatives.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
