Join the Credit Risk Technology team within our Risk Management Group and you will have an opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Our team is composed of full-stack engineers who have been covering reliability ourselves and now investing in a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) not only to execute but to define the practice.

What role will you play?

In this role, you’ll help shape our approach to reliability by establishing observability (Grafana, Splunk), defining SLOs, and working with teams to proactively address risks. You’ll also support platform modernization through AWS infrastructure improvements, CI/CD enhancements with GitHub Actions, automation to reduce toil, and eventually contribute to capacity planning and deployment safety.

What you offer

• 9-12 years of experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or similar.
• Production experience with Java (preferably Spring Boot) and solid AWS fundamentals.
• Proven track record of improving CI/CD pipelines and reducing deployment risk through tooling or process.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.
• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architectures, job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Airflow), and working across both legacy and modern systems are considered advantageous.
