What role will you play?

As the Organisational Design & Workforce Transition Lead, you will define and lead how teams and roles evolve as services transition into the future P&C operating model. You will redesign teams, clarify roles, and support leaders and employees through the reality of change, from transitioning into new roles to navigating organisational outcomes where required.

You will work at the intersection of transformation, HR and business partnering, ensuring organisation design decisions are aligned to strategy, grounded in operational needs and delivered with care. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing empathy with a clear focus on achieving the right long-term outcomes for the organisation.

This role is critical to ensuring that service transitions result in sustainable, well-designed teams, with the right capabilities, structure and accountability in place from day one.

  • Extensive experience in organisational design, workforce planning or operating model implementation in complex organisations
  • Strong experience working with HR / People & Culture teams or in a business partnering model
  • Proven track record of leading workforce transitions, restructures or large-scale organisational change
  • Ability to translate strategy and operating model intent into practical team and role outcomes
  • Strong judgement in balancing commercial, people and operational considerations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and decision support capability
