What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst in Managed Accounts, you will take ownership of key features by applying both technical and platform knowledge to define, develop, and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will lead initiatives across their lifecycle by conducting user research, applying design thinking, and managing and prioritising requirements. Your role will involve translating complex business rules into clear documentation and creating process flows, user stories, and use cases to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you offer

  • Experience in wealth management, with knowledge of areas such as equity trading, managed funds, and term deposits
  • Strong capability in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL, experience with cloud technologies, and ability to map data to support decision-making
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and clearly document complex business processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes
  • A proactive and motivated approach, with an interest in platforms, regulatory environments, and using emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance productivity
