Our licensing and policy compliance team sit within Macquarie's Risk Management Group, supporting regulatory compliance for licensed Australian and New Zealand entities. We work closely with business unit aligned compliance teams to manage licensing, policy, and regulatory requirements in a clear and consistent way.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support the management of regulatory compliance for our Australia and New Zealand entities, with a focus on licensing and policy. You will process license changes, maintain and apply policy frameworks to support reporting and regulatory activities. You will also help identify improvements and enhance training opportunities across the team.

What you offer

  • Strong understanding of ASIC regulatory compliance, licensing, and policy management in a financial services environment
  • Experience preparing and processing license applications and changes with regulators
  • Ability to review, maintain and apply compliance policies, including areas such as conflicts and external activities
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and share updates on regulatory matters
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage data collection, reporting, and regulatory submissions accurately.
