What role will you play?

As an Executive Assistant, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of technology and digital transformation activities while showcasing your exceptional administrative and time management skills. You will manage and support complex diaries, travel, and leadership meetings for the Divisional Director, while coordinating key team events, and ecosystem-wide forums for the Melbourne office. Your role is critical to keeping the Directors and the Melbourne team operating smoothly and ahead of the curve. You’ll also support the broader local digital and engineering teams, handling onboarding, technology coordination, team events, and ad-hoc executive requests with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Extensive Executive Assistant experience at a senior level, ideally within a technology, digital transformation, or engineering division.
  • Strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A forward-thinking, calm-under-pressure approach that works well under time pressure and escalates as appropriate in a solutions-based manner.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and build rapport with cross-functional tech and business teams.
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating a local site or regional team, fostering team culture and smooth daily operations.
  • Technology Savvy; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, with a strong aptitude for adapting to new digital tools and platforms. Some knowledge of Confluence and Slack preferred but not essential.
