What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a key part in driving our Deposits Change agenda in line with Banking and Financial Services objectives - helping us scale fast, scale smart and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and teams. If you enjoy variety in your day-to-day, love asking questions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you! You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team who are passionate about what they do. While experience in change management is beneficial, it is not a requirement - what matters most is having a curious, learning mindset, strong prioritisation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
