- 5+ years' leadership experience in a financial services, credit risk, or regulatory reporting role, with a deep expertise in Comprehensive Credit Reporting .
- Domain expertise in the Australian credit reporting landscape, including AFCA best practices, ARCA guidelines, the Privacy Act, and the Principles of Reciprocity and Data Exchange (PRDE).
- A strategic mindset with the ability to elevate operational problems into enterprise-wide governance, data assurance, and remediation strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership capabilities, with the proven ability to influence cross-functional leads across Technology, Legal, and Operations to execute systemic improvements.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
- A strong balance of working autonomously to drive transformational change while collaborating effectively within a broader risk and compliance ecosystem.
