Join our Technology Capital and Innovative Equity Ventures teams and assist across all the funds and support interactions with the third party fund administrator, external investors and internal stakeholders.The team manages funds which facilitate investment opportunities, working closely with a wide range of co-investment capital.

What role will you play?

You will have primary responsibility for all fund operations and administration, with support from the third party fund administrator and other service providers. You will review the financial and capital account statements to investors and assist in providing support to fund administrators for account maintenance, as well as manage reporting and information requests from Limited Partners, including contact updates, providing support on KYC and onboarding requirements, and processing administrative requests. You will arrange capital calls on initial investment and annual administrative fees, review administrative fees and waterfall computations, and process distributions.
You will also manage bank accounts and process transactions and expenses, as well as work with Macquarie’s finance team on reconciliations. You will review management accounts and financial statements, provide data and valuations across all funds. In addition, you will assist the team with the setup of new funds for investment, support investor onboarding processes, liaise with internal stakeholders on administrative approvals, liaise with fund administrator on new transactions, support transaction closing procedures, and support the distribute and liquidation process after exits from positions.

What you offer

  • 2-5 years of experience in a fund operations or fund accounting role most likely with a fund or administrator, with proven capability to work well in a small team and take on ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fund accounting experience, with exposure to other aspects of funds operations an advantage
  • Familiarity with Cayman fund regulations such as AML, FATCA and CRS would also be beneficial.
