Team Assistant
What role will you play?

Typical responsibilities will include proactively managing diaries and coordinating meetings for three Directors, organizing the logistics for team events, training sessions, and client meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new and departing team members during onboarding and offboarding, in addition to acting as a central resource and point of contact for the wider team.

- At least 2 years of experience in a Team Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, including some diary management and event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding support and helping others succeed.
