What role will you play?

In this role, you will drive finance transformation initiatives, manage production support activities, resolve incidents within SLA timelines, support financial close processes, and lead enhancement and implementation projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Oracle support, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, drive process improvements and automation initiatives, support Oracle quarterly updates, and mentor junior functional consultants.

What you offer

• 7-9 years of Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, including 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL) implementations and support environments.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion GL, with complementary expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex functional issues in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proficiency in solution design, testing, and change management, including requirements analysis, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and Oracle quarterly release readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and consulting skills, with the ability to drive process improvements, support business transformation initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
