About the Role: As an Account Executive at Mad Mobile, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will:

  • Own: Take ownership of client relationships and the success of Mad Mobile solutions.

  • Define: Clearly define client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with Mad Mobile's offerings.

  • Develop: Cultivate and expand client relationships, driving growth and delivering value.

  • Deliver: Execute on strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

  • Communicate: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and project success.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the technology or retail industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technological solutions.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.

You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in selling software solutions or technology services.

  • Familiarity with retail and restaurant industry trends.
