Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and process-oriented AI Operations specialist with a passion for innovation, automation, and data-driven marketing.

In this role, you’ll join the Marketing AI team and collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Analytics to turn AI initiatives into scalable, efficient, and well-structured operations (such as content engines, workflow agents, and testing mechanisms).

You’ll research and test emerging tools, build AI-driven workflows, and ensure seamless adoption across marketing functions. This position is ideal for an early AI adopter who combines curiosity and technical skill with an organized, execution-focused mindset.

About The Role

About The Role:

  • Research, test, and evaluate new AI tools and technologies to assess value, feasibility, and impact.
  • Build and maintain automations and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement and operationalize AI projects, including rollout, documentation, and adoption across teams.
  • Establish and standardize processes, translating experiments and pilots into repeatable frameworks and best practices.
  • Track and analyze adoption and performance, gathering feedback and optimizing AI implementations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Analytics to ensure initiatives align with business goals and data integrity.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in product or business operations within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, n8n, 11Labs).
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from testing to scaling.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a comfort level working across marketing, product, and data functions.
  • Proactive learner with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application in marketing.

Advantageous:

  • Experience with marketing operations and relevant platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of growth funnels, campaign operations, or lead management processes
