About The Role
Join monday.com to lead AI Workflows - our most ambitious bet to redefine how businesses run. This role is about owning the strategy and execution of end-to-end workflow automation, powered by AI and built into the core monday platform.
You’ll lead and ship experiences that let users build full business workflows from a simple prompt. Think: natural language to orchestrated AI agents, logic, and actions - embedded directly into their existing monday boards, data, and processes.
Why This Role Matters
AI Workflows are not an add-on - they’re core to how users will get value from monday.com in the future. You’ll define what “running on monday” means when humans and AI work side by side.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for AI Workflows - from idea to prompt to deployed automation
- Define how users interact with monday AI: prompt design, agent chaining, structured decisioning, and built-in governance
- Build tools for teams to orchestrate AI agents with logic, no-code simplicity, and enterprise-grade controls.
- Deeply understand user needs through research and feedback to continuously improve AI-driven user experiences.
- Ship end-to-end capabilities in short cycles
- Work across functions like GTM and PMM to launch AI Workflows, drive adoption, and attract new customers.
- Regularly analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
