About The Role

As the AI Senior Product Manager , you will play a critical role in defining the vision and strategy for our AI-native monday Service product. You will lead the product strategy and execution, focusing on crafting intuitive, AI-driven experiences that simplify complex service workflows.

In this role you will:

  • Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for the AI-native monday Service product, ensuring AI capabilities are scalable, high-quality, and impactful.
  • Define quality standards and best practices for AI experiences within monday Service.
  • Deeply understand the needs of service and support professionals through research and feedback to continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Growth and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams to drive adoption, monetization, and ARR through the AI-powered Service capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management
  • 2+ years of proven track record of building impactful AI-powered products (automation, ML, LLM, or similar).
  • Strong technical understanding - comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams to build scalable AI solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong product sense and business acumen.
  • Proven track record of building user-centric products that simplify complex workflows.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation.
  • Experience with SaaS or consumer products
