Our amazing Finance team is growing! We are looking for a Head of GTM Finance to serve as a strategic architect for our global Go-To-Market engine. Reporting directly to the Regional Director and the VP of FP&A, you will be the primary finance partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the broader commercial leadership team.

This is a global, high-impact managerial role. You won’t just report on the numbers; you will influence them, acting as the connective tissue between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization . You’ll lead a team of regional finance partners to translate complex data into actionable strategies, manage global budgets, and optimize our sales incentive structures to drive ambitious growth.

About The Role

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as the "CFO for the CRO." Partner with the CRO’s management team to evaluate new market opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment business cases.
  • Architect the Function: Design and drive the "Ground-Up" execution the global GTM finance infrastructure, from defining our "North Star" sales metrics to building the communication loops between Finance and the regional GMs.
  • Lead a Global Team: Manage and nurture a high-performing team of regional GTM Finance partners, supporting regional GMs and departmental leads across the globe.
  • Full-Cycle Planning: Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the entire GTM organization (Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships).
  • Incentives & Commissions: Provide strategic financial oversight for sales commission structures, ensuring they align with company OKRs and drive the right sales behaviors.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Build a "bridge" between Finance, RevOps, Legal, and HR to ensure seamless alignment on hiring plans, quota setting, and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track the "North Star" SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, Magic Number, Net Retention) and provide the narrative behind the data to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in Finance/FP&A, with at least 5+ years specifically partnering with Executive Sales/GTM leaders in a high-growth or hyper-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience building teams and processes from scratch within a larger, fast-moving organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the grit to push through "v1.0" challenges
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing global teams. You know how to develop talent across different time zones.
  • SaaS Mastery: Deep expertise in SaaS-specific financial modeling and KPIs. You understand the nuances of recurring revenue and expansion mechanics.
  • Technical Stack: Proficient in Pigment (or similar planning tools), NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Communication: The ability to distill complex financial concepts into "plain English" for non-finance stakeholders and hold your own in a room with C-level executives.
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $182,000 - $220,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
