Description
We’re building the next evolution of Go-To-Market: Where agents execute workflows, data turns into decisions automatically, and business teams operate with engineering-grade systems.
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to help build this future — someone who can design AI agents, build automation across the GTM stack, and translate data into real business impact.
You’ll work across product, GTM, and data to build systems that scale execution and increase decision velocity.
This is a builder role for someone who understands both systems and revenue.
About The Role
Build AI Agents for GTM
- Design and deploy AI agents across sales, marketing, customer success, and RevOps
- Build agent workflows that connect multiple tools, data sources, and APIs
- Implement retrieval, memory, and evaluation loops where needed
- Optimize for real-world usage: speed, cost, reliability, and trust
Design Automation Across the GTM Stack
- Replace manual workflows with automated, event-driven systems
- Build automation across CRM, product data, marketing platforms, support systems, and internal tools
- Partner with GTM teams to identify high-friction processes and redesign them
Turn Data Into Business Insight
- Work directly with databases and GTM data sources
- Build analysis layers that surface insights, not just dashboards
- Support forecasting, segmentation, and performance diagnostics
Requirements
- Experience building or deploying AI agents / agentic workflows, including integrating LLMs into production or internal systems
- Strong understanding of API integrations, prompting and evaluation patterns, agent orchestration, and data retrieval pipelines
- Hands-on experience designing and building end-to-end automation workflows across multiple tools and systems
- Strong analytical skills with solid database experience (SQL required)
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations
- Strong understanding of GTM funnels and revenue drivers, with experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
