As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing and accelerating the product strategy, strengthening the analytics approach and delivering insights that shape the product’s future. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and designers to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems, and influence the product’s roadmap through clear, actionable insights.

About The Role

  • Act as the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholders.

  • Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover new opportunities and determine the product roadmap.

  • Analyze complex data sets, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations to enhance product offerings.

  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.

  • Assess opportunity sizing and impact to ensure the team focuses on meaningful levers and high-ROI initiatives.

  • Maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders to align growth objectives with product initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive real business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Senior level product analytics - 4+ years as product/growth analytics — ideally where user outcomes matter more than funnel volume

  • Leadership & ownership - Strong leadership and extreme ownership—you set direction, build trust across product and engineering, and drive clarity and outcomes end-to-end

  • AI adopter - You pick up new AI tools quickly, put them to work in your own analysis, and help the team unlock new capabilities as the stack evolves

  • Technical foundation - Strong SQL and Python to explore data at scale
