Partner-Led GTM Support

  • Support channel partners, MSSPs, and distributors in lead follow-ups and joint pipeline creation.
  • Help qualify partner-sourced leads and coordinate demos and PoVs.
  • Track partner-led opportunities and ensure clean hand-off to sales teams.

CRM & Process Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Track activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
  • Support forecasting accuracy by maintaining clean qualification data.

Marketing & Event Follow-Ups

  • Follow up on leads generated from:
  • Webinars
  • Industry events (CISO forums, DSCI, RSA, GISEC, etc.)
  • Campaigns and content downloads
  • Personalize outreach based on customer interest and pain points.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales, preferably in Cybersecurity / SaaS / B2B Technology.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior security and IT leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and objection handling.

Advantages

  • Exposure to cybersecurity concepts: EDR, XDR, ransomware, SOC, SIEM, IAM, cloud security.
  • Experience working with partners / MSSPs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
