Nexite is a leading startup, revolutionizing retail IoT. We are developing a platform that merges the physical and digital retail spaces. Our innovative platform is based on cutting edge battery-less BLE tags that communicate with a cloud platform through an in-store wireless access network. Using our data and cloud platform, we can provide retailers with previously unattainable insights and analytics and at the same time vastly improve the customer experience.

We seek an experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Flutter, capable of driving projects from concept to completion end to end, including backend development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to work independently but also lead team initiatives. Experience in Python, Go or Angular can also be a significant plus.

• Develop and implement complex and user-friendly interfaces using Flutter.
• Be the Mobile authority - develop our standards, best practices and architectural guidelines
• Deliver end-to-end solutions, including backend services and APIs, using Python or Go.
• Collaborate closely with the product and platform teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Lead new projects and initiatives within the team, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Proven experience as a Flutter developer working on large, complicated projects
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go or any other relevant backend language.
• Working experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery and Mongo as well)
• Ownership mentality - Take responsibility of your developments through to production and beyond
• Capable of working in a complex codebase and ability to raise the bar
• Experience working in an Agile startup environment.
