This role will be part of the Investment & Asset Management Tower for Group Technology (IT1.9), responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintenance of all investment and asset management systems, applications, and platforms. The Tower manages the seamless transition of new systems or projects to steady-state operations and takes ownership of key business relationships, providing accurate metrics on uptime, issues, and resolutions.
This role goes beyond traditional project management.
We are explicitly not looking for a classic project manager who focuses solely on leading individual projects. Instead, the position is centered on the professional steering of a broader project landscape, ensuring transparency, structure, and andministrational tasks.

Your Job
Project Steering & Delivery
- Support, steer and coordinate multiple projects in parallel
- Establish and maintain structured project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive active status management and ensure transparency on progress
- Identify, assess, and manage risks proactively
- Detect escalation needs early and prepare decision-making materials
- Ensure projects are delivered in a structured and efficient way
- Track actions, deliverables, and open items consistently
PMO, Governance & Controlling
- Create full transparency across project status, cost, and risks
- Perform project controlling including budget tracking and forecasting
- Plan and align resources with the technical leads across multiple projects
- Work with and maintain central tools, especially:
- Clarity (project and financial management)
- Coupa (procurement and provider management)
- Manage external vendors and service providers
- Support procurement processes and service engagements
- Track invoices and ensure cost transparency
- Prepare and continuously improve steering and management reports
- Maintain high-quality project plans and documentation
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g. MR Essentials)
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the central organizational point of contact for project steering
- Coordinate between Business, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and external providers
- Align different stakeholder perspectives and interests
- Create transparency in complex and dynamic project environments
- Drive expectation management across stakeholders
- Moderate meetings, alignments, and decision forums
- Ensure a structured and reliable flow of information
Your Profile
Professional Experience
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in complex IT environments
- Proven experience in managing or steering multiple projects in parallel
- Strong background in PMO and project governance
- Experience in project controlling including budget and forecasting
- Solid experience in resource planning and coordination
- Strong stakeholder management across different organizational levels
- Experience with vendor and provider management
- Practical experience with tools such as Clarity; Coupa is an advantage
- Experience in SAP projects, is an advantage
