Job Purpose :


The successful candidate will be involved in the pricing and maintenance of casualty treaties with a focus on Motor.

Your Role :


• Involved in treaty pricing using the pricing platform.
• Preparing presentations for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Analysing client information decks and quarterly performance data to update market summaries and statistics.
• Regular client interaction.
• Conducting exposure analyses and reviewing underlying coverages.
• Supporting management of reinsurance wordings, underwriting guidelines and internal processes.
• Ad hoc activities, including liaising periodically with claims teams, facultative underwriters and client managers.

Your Profile :


Essential


• Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics with strong numerical aptitude.
• 2+ years of pricing experience for retail products in the Indian market or working with large datesets
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of reinsurance contracts.

Good to Have


• Power BI
• SAS
• Macro programming

Competencies


• Understanding of the insurance market and retail products, particularly Motor.
• Analysis of run-off triangles and portfolios using historical information.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for Casualty CoB using various data sources.
