## About Nuvocargo Nuvocargo is building the operating system for North American freight. We are a digital-first freight forwarder using a mix of technology and exceptional service to help companies seamlessly move products across the Americas. ## The opportunity for you As a Brokerage Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our brokerage business and other business units (Customs and Managed Transportation Services). ## What you'll own - Full-cycle sales. Prospect, qualify, run discovery, quote, close and onboard. You own the pipe from first touch to ongoing operation. - Pipeline development. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified accounts. - Post-close transition. Hand off closed deals cleanly to our ops team, ensuring the customer is set up for success and the relationship carries forward. ## Who you are - 5+ years of proven success in B2B Sales, with a focus on value-oriented services, preferably in cross-border logistics. - You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, enrichment platforms) to accelerate research, build materials, and move faster. ## What we offer - Competitive salary, benefits, and equity — you'll be an owner of the business. - Remote-first within the United States, with the option to work from our Mexico City or New York offices. ## Compensation - $120,000–$170,000 OTE (New York range; adjusted for other US locations). - Equity and full benefits.
