The Position

At OPSWAT, we’re on a mission to protect the world’s most critical infrastructure. As a U.S.-based cybersecurity leader, we specialize in developing solutions for threat prevention and process creation for secure data transfer and safe device access. With our rapidly growing R&D presence in Hungary, we are expanding the global team.

We are looking for a driven and passionate Salesforce Business Analyst to join our international team. You will be part of a team of 8 people. Your focus will include supporting the business growth of our Sales and Revenue Operations and designing solutions within our CRM systems.

What You Will be Doing

  • Support business growth by designing solutions both within our CRM (Salesforce) and external go-to-market systems integrated with it. This includes system design for sales, sales engineer, marketing, and product teams.
  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to enhance the customer engagement process, from discovery, to closing deal, invoicing and then support onboarding. Automation is a priority to speed-up our sales process.
  • Document our go-to-market applications landscape, provide audit proof, and implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Implement and maintain strategies to ensure data hygiene and data quality within Salesforce and interconnected systems. System design should have our data lake strategy in mind (in collaboration with Enterprise Data team) to centrally store all customer and business data in one place.
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of other sales applications integrated with Salesforce, such as Hubspot, Clari, Allbound, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Manages Salesforce sandboxes, development environment, and review changes raised by team members.
  • Support innovation efforts, potentially leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to extract insights and improve sales and revenue processes.
  • Provide heightened sales support during quarter-closing period

What We Need from You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Architect, Business Analyst, or similar technical role with a focus on Sales and Revenue Operations systems.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SugarCRM, Netsuite, Hubspot, etc.), specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Configuration, Pricing, & Quoting (CPQ).
  • Deep understanding of Go-To-Market processes across sales, marketing, and post-sales customer experience (Support, CSM, Professional Services).
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

It Would be Nice if You Had

  • Prior experience supporting software product company or SaaS firm in high-growth mode.
  • Experience working with data warehouses and reporting tool like PowerBI.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to drive innovation and improve business processes
