Description

OurCrowd is seeking a Primary Responsible Officer / Representative to lead its Singapore operations, serve as liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and drive investor relations and business growth across Singapore and the broader region. This role combines regulatory oversight, governance, and strategic relationship management to support OurCrowd’s continued expansion in Asia.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as OurCrowd’s main point of contact with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, including with respect to regulatory correspondence, filings, notifications, submissions, and license-related matters.
  2. Perform Investor Relations functions in Singapore and the broader region, including managing existing investor relationships, developing new relationships with LPs, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions, and coordinating with the global IR team on active fundraises.
  3. Handle investor meetings, diligence questions, onboarding coordination, investor updates, and follow-up with Singapore-based and regional investors, together with the relevant OurCrowd teams.
  4. Support Singapore-related fund management and business activities, including coordination with OurCrowd’s investment, legal, finance, compliance, and operations teams.
  5. Oversee Singapore-related compliance, AML/CFT, risk management, operational controls, finance, accounting, recordkeeping, and coordination with relevant internal teams and external service providers.
  6. Represent OurCrowd at relevant Singapore and regional investor events, conferences, and ecosystem meetings.

Requirements

  • Singapore resident.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fund management, venture capital, private equity, asset management, capital markets, investor relations, or a related financial services role.
  • Fit and proper in accordance with MAS guidelines.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulatory expectations, AML/KYC, investor onboarding, private fund operations, and institutional or high net worth investor coverage.
  • Ability to represent OurCrowd credibly with regulators, investors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers an annual base salary of $50,000 USD, with additional earning potential linked to success in investor relations and fundraising initiatives.
