We are looking for a UX Expert to join our Product Design Team with experience working on complex products and a strong interest in shaping how users interact with AI-driven systems in a fast-changing industry.
Someone with a passion for technology and design, strong point of view, great communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure and ambiguity.
The Product Design Team takes pride in maintaining high standards and defining user interfaces and user flows across all Check Point products, from major concepts to detailed design and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with R&D’s security experts, product managers, developers, and QA to define and evolve the user experience for for new AI-driven features and products, often in areas with no established design patterns.
- Work closely with the Product Designers to define user experience standards and guidelines to help align solutions across the entire organization and product lines.
- Transform complex business objectives into clear, practical, and inspiring experiential solutions - especially where the “right” interaction model is not yet obvious
- Drive initiatives and lead through excellent interpersonal communication.
- Be the focal point for all matters related to UX within the organization and help represent the Product Design team’s guidelines and best practices, while also challenging existing guidelines and best practices when new AI-driven interactions demand it.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in all stages of UX design (requirements capturing, conceptual & detailed design).
- Ability to grasp complex systems and to communicate effectively with technical users and stakeholders.
- Broad and in-depth familiarity with the user experience of a variety of AI tools
- Ability to explore design patterns of different products and design innovative experiences, rather than replicate existing ones.
- Desired characteristics: creative, innovative, tech-oriented, independent, and able to work well in a demanding and high-paced environment.
- Ability to independently create conceptual and detailed wireframes, using Figma.
- Comfort working in early, loosely defined problem spaces and helping shape the product thinking - not just the interface
- Relevant academic degree - an advantage.
- Technical background - an advantage.
- Experience with usability testing - an advantage.
- Very good English (spoken and written).
