The Shift Leader is responsible for coordinating coverage of the phone queue for the Diamond organization and for maintaining a high success rate of Check Point’s SLA agreement with their customers. The Shift Leader will need to observe for operational challenges and keep management updated if gaps are identified.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive experience for the engineers they are working with.
  • Dispatch service requests and handovers with enough time to meet our SLA agreements.
  • Monitor email and chat channels for escalations and warm handovers.
  • Be aware of employees who are out of office and ensure that their gaps are covered.
  • Identify operational challenges of their group and work to address them.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts to complete the “Follow-the-sun” coverage of the shift leader responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 1.5 years of employment in Check Point
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
