We are seeking a skilled Video Specialist with strong capabilities in both broadcast production and video editing. This role focuses on managing live broadcast workflows and producing polished edited videos for multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, calm under pressure, and able to deliver reliable live broadcasts and high-quality edited content with consistent, professional results across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Webcast and Webinar Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of live corporate webcasts and webinars using tools such as vMix and OBS, streaming to Zoom, Teams, YouTube, Vimeo, or LinkedIn.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain all broadcasting tools, switchers, encoders, and audio video signal flows, including audio routing, multi-camera inputs, screen captures, overlays, and streaming outputs.
- Ensure smooth streaming, strong technical reliability, and high production value.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain stable and uninterrupted broadcasts.
Video Editing and Production
- Rapidly edit and produce a wide range of video content including technical explainers, podcasts, internal communications, and social media assets.
- Ensure visual quality, narrative clarity, and brand consistency across all edited materials.
- Support filming needs and collaborate on efficient pre-production and post-production workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing, studio operations, and webcast production, ideally in a corporate or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency with live broadcasting platforms such as vMix or OBS, streaming to Zoom, Teams, YouTube, Vimeo, or LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across multiple time zones.
- Experience with localization workflows, including captions, translations, and voiceovers, is a strong advantage.
- Cinemaphotography skills including camera operation, sound recording, and lighting, are an advantage.
- English upper intermediate level (B2) or higher.
This is a hybrid role that requires regular on-site presence in the studio. The position involves intensive production periods, long hours during peak cycles, and a fast-paced workload that demands resilience, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Occasional international travel may be required to support filming, live events, or broadcast needs.
