This role is critical for FY26, ensuring disciplined territory coverage, maximizing pipeline opportunities, and leveraging partner relationships to achieve local growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a disciplined territory plan aligned with coverage goals and pipeline growth.
  • Prospect and pursue whitespace opportunities to expand account penetration.
  • Engage partners to co-sell, drive demand, and increase market reach.
  • Manage pipeline coverage, forecast accurately, and track quota execution.
  • Analyze data to monitor funnel velocity and partner impact, ensuring continuous territory performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of regional sales experience within cybersecurity or IT.
  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build vertical and horizontal relationships across multiple contact points.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel within the territory in PLZ 7.
  • Fluent in German and English
